WoodSpring Suites Cherry Hill

So far since good. Check in was smooth even after midnight. Only issue they do not take cash, (very illegal) But I adapted. Rooms are great, clean spacious, as is the elevator. Glad I picked this place. So far staff is perfect . Plenty of parking. From what I can tell so far, everyone seems to be at paying customer.

We came here because the hotel that we were supposed to stay at was unhabitable. We stayed for a month, it was pretty clean, there were 5 fire alarms all false and 2 between 1 and 5 am due to sensor issues in the laundry room. The staff at the front desk were excellent. The TV didn't work at first but we told them and they fixed it. They supply you with a small pot and a few utensils, plates, and bowls, the internet was horrible, only could use a access code which we asked to pay for, we do not know if we were charged for it and it did not increase speeds. Mostly used a mobile Hotspot. It was loud at night, (moving furniture) the phone in the room worked the one time we used it. 2 beds that barley squeak 3 pillows on each bed. And the other customers are generally very nice and hold the door open for you. People smoke a lot outside but if you ask the front desk to tell them to stop they will. Would consider staying a second time.

I cannot express with mere words the amazing experience I had during our two week stay at WoodSpring. The room was clean and had everything we needed to get us through the time we were there such as dishes, dishwasher, dishwasher soup, utensils, pots, mugs, cups, towels etc… we loved how safe we felt and how everyone of our neighbors were courteous and kind. The fact that we were able to have our yorkies with us was a plus. The staff was absolutely fantastic, helpful and friendly. Ana, Codi, Kya amongst a few others were absolutely the best with such warm and caring personalities. We highly recommend this place and will be visiting again soon.

I love the location, it's next to everything & anything store, restaurant wise. Everything is available from the front desk , just ask. I'm currently staying here & I think I have heard maybe 2 dog barks within the 3 weeks I've been here. So you wouldn't even know they're staying as well. So it's gonna be a A+ for me (:

I stayed at WoodSpring Suites in Cherry Hill and overall had a solid, comfortable experience. There was also a dishwasher, along with a few dishes, plates, and coffee mugs. I really enjoyed being able to make tea in the mugs—it added a small but comforting, home-like touch to the stay. One thing I especially liked was how easy it was to control the room temperature. The thermostat was simple to use and made it easy to keep the room comfortable. The location is convenient, close to major roads, shopping, and food options. Staff interactions were straightforward and pleasant. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s quiet, practical, and dependable. If you’re looking for upscale amenities or daily housekeeping, this may not be the right fit. But if you want a clean, affordable hotel with useful in-room features and good temperature control, WoodSpring Suites is a solid choice.

Been here on a very long stay( 11 months) Staff is exceptional with Desiree and Codi running the place. Support staff is great with Franklin in maintenance always available. Occasional loud people usually staying on the weekend, which is to be expected. Otherwise, we've been very content after being displaced by hurricane Helene, with our home being destroyed and being almost rebuilt. Very happy and stress free here. Ty
